Connect one high-volume feedback source in Productboard and let Spark auto-tag before clustering — don't try to boil the ocean.

The prompt

Cluster this customer feedback into 4–5 candidate roadmap themes. For each
theme:

- Name the underlying problem it represents (a job or pain, not a keyword).
- Attach the specific verbatim customer quotes that justify it — quote
  exactly, do not paraphrase or invent.
- State the outcome we'd expect if we solved it, in one sentence.

Do not merge two different jobs under one label or invent quotes. If a
cluster is really two distinct problems, split it.

Built-in guardrail: Requires verbatim quotes attached to each theme (no paraphrase, no invented quotes) so every theme is evidence-backed and auditable.

Then

Read the actual quotes and merge/split by hand until each theme names a real problem, then confirm you can state the expected outcome — if not, it isn't roadmap-ready.
